That’s why we are excited to share the upgrades we have made for you in prep for the Fall Training Season.

Rogue Echo Bike
Meet the bike you’ll have a love/hate relationship with. As one athlete said, “when my legs get tired, I try to rely on my arms… but then my arms get tired, and the cycle never stops!”
Olympic Platform
In addition to reinforced flooring to handle our strongest athletes, we built a flush, Red Oak lifting platform emblazoned with our creed - “Stay Humble Hustle Hard.” If you’re interested in how we did it, we have a step-by-step guide on our nstagram.
Space Heater
Heating the gym to a comfortable 60 degrees even in the toughest of weather, the space heater will keep you focused on your training and not the temp.
Wall Timer
Small groups and teams, get ready. You’ll be accountable for keeping track of time during your station training. Get those last reps in before time runs out and stay competitive!
Two Bella Bars and More Bumper Plates
Rogue Bella Bars are 35 pounds and feature a smaller diameter than your typical Olympic 45 pound bars. This grip size is optimal for athletes that have smaller hands.
Heavy Dumbbells and New Storage
With Dumbbells up to 75 pounds, we’re ready for anything that you can throw at us.
