Our certified staff has the experience and knowledge to help you achieve your goals, from youth to collegiate athletes and adults.
Our training program is informed by your personal movement assessment. We will help you correct any imbalances and poor movement patterns so that you are primed to compete– all while we work to reduce your chances of injury and improve your performance.
We use evidence-based programming and personalized performance data to guide each step in your program. At any point, you can chart your progress and see your data on your phone. We coach the mechanics, technique, and mindset to get you ready to run faster and push harder.

Meet the Team
Coach Jeremy “J” Raymer
Founder / CEO & Head Strength Coach
B.S. Exercise Science, USAW, FMS, CPT
Coach Jeremy “J” Raymer is the CEO & Head Strength Coach of Raymer Strength, LLC. He holds certifications in USA Weightlifting, the Functional Movement Screen, and personal training.
Prior to founding Raymer Strength, he served four years at Noblesville High school as the Assistant Strength Coach. He earned his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2015 and his Associate’s in Business Administration from Ivy Tech in 2012. He spent his formative years as an elite Taekwondo athlete, earning 4 National medals, punching tickets to three U.S. Team trials, and representing the United States on the U24 team.
He calls Noblesville his home with his wife, Rachael, and fur baby, Ruby.
Coach Edwin “Eddie” Arechiga
General Manager & Strength Coach
PS-L1, FMS
Prior to joining Raymer Strength, Coach Eddie earned certifications in Pre-Script’s Level 1 and Barbell Coaching.
He grew up playing soccer and caught the lifting bug in high school. It clearly turned into a big-time passion! He joined us first as an intern in 2022 and was recently promoted into his General Manager role.
He calls the Pendleton area his home with his fiancée Morgan and their three furbabies Cash, Diesel, and Tulip.
Coach Jorge “Dez” Hernandez
Athletic Conditioning Coach & Sports Performance Data Analyst
B.S. Exercise Science, CPT, FMS, USSF D
Prior to joining Raymer Strength, Coach Dez was a part of our Fall 2023 Intern class. He received his Bachelors in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from Indiana University—Indianapolis in December 2023, and earned both his CPT and FMS certifications. He has a huge passion for the sport of soccer— earning his USSF D coaching certification through U.S. Soccer. He currently coaches at a local club in Kokomo.
Dez calls the Kokomo area his home with his two dogs, Joy and Suki.
Dr. Taylor Miller
Physical Therapist
DPT, SCS, CSCS
Originally from Goshen, Indiana, Taylor graduated from Trine University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2019. He then went on to complete a Sports Physical Therapy Residency in Washington State, where he focused on developing a niche within the overhead athlete population.
Having played sports his whole life, as well as having sustained multiple injuries while doing so, he fully understands the hardships that athletes go through while rehabbing, as well as what it takes physically and mentally in order to return to their respective sports.
Outside of the rehab world, Taylor lives in Westfield alongside his wife, Cedes, and 2 children, Archie and Vivian, as well as their two fur-babies, Hayden and Phoebe. Away from work, Taylor can be found spending time with his wife and kids, pups and family/friends, as well as being outdoors, watching Michigan Football (2023 National Champs!!) and staying active!
Ruby “Noodle” Raymer
Mascot (and part-time Coach)
Certified in: Pets, Kisses, and Belly Scratches
Ruby’s been with Raymer Strength since Day 1, greeting each one of our athletes with love and affection as they trained with us in the OG garage gym.
Ruby sometimes drops in for a morning or afternoon at the facility and absolutely loves booping all our athletes, wagging her tail so hard her whole body wiggles, and smelling our athletes’ shoes.
She calls the Noblesville area her home with parents Jeremy and Rachael.
Rachael Raymer
Co-founder / CMO & Research Liaison
MS in Human Computer Interaction
Rachael, affectionately also known as “Mrs. Coach J,” handles Raymer Strength’s marketing work and helps identify and analyze research trends in the strength and conditioning industry.
She graduated from Indiana University with two Bachelor’s degrees– one in Business and one in Visual Media Arts. She completed her Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction in May 2021.
Her passion in sports performance is in research— particularly, understanding the latest sports science data out there to push female athletes forward and learning how it applies to the training sector.
