Raymer Strength is excited to announce a strength & conditioning training partnership with Coach Mike Springer and the Indiana OYO Red Storm 14U softball team. Starting in mid-November, Red Storm athletes will be training weekly with Coach J, who will be designing their program for optimal athletic development and performance increases.

Raymer Strength’s goals are to develop athletes’ kinesthetic (body) awareness, generate strength, power, speed, and work capacity for them to excel in their sports and reduce the chance of injury. This is how Raymer Strength accomplishes that:

  • Individual Athlete Total Body Movement Assessments

  • Ground Force Production Development

  • Multi-joint Movement Training

  • Posterior Chain Development

  • Mobility Improvement

Raymer Strength uses Teambuildr to track performance data with athletes and parents, and communicate back and forth about an athlete’s readiness-to-train— making the training sessions completely transparent, and personalized, to everyone involved.
