Indianapolis-based sports performance facility welcomes its Fall 2024 Intern Class!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

INDIANAPOLIS, IN— Raymer Strength is excited to welcome its Fall 2024 Intern Class.

Meet Max Miller and Aaron “AB” Barnett!

“Our two fall interns have already provided a lot value to our athletes,” notes Coach J. “They’ve been asking some great questions, and I hope that Raymer Strength and Rehab can be a great place for them to learn more about the industry as they further their college studies.”

Max has joined our intern class during his final semester as an undergraduate at IU-Indianapolis, where he’s majoring in Health and Human Sciences and minoring in Wellness Coaching. You may recognize him— he’s been an athlete member of RSR before he started his internship.

“I’m really excited to be conducting my internship here because I’ve worked out here before,” says Max. “While training here, Coach J helped me improve my physical and mental health, and I’m looking forward to learning how to do the same for others as a coach.”

When he isn’t playing pickup basketball with his friends, Max enjoys watching football and building legos. This past summer, he picked up golf!

AB joins Raymer Strength & Rehab while pursuing his Master’s Degree in Sport Management through UINDY. He’s also a captain on their football team. When he’s not traveling and playing games on the weekend, he keeps a pretty strict schedule between his practices and his internship hours!

“My interest in the Strength & Conditioning field is rooted in my experiences as an athlete myself,” says AB. “I’ve been an athlete for many years and experienced different programs, approaches, and settings. I want to be able to apply the knowledge I have to help athletes grow while also growing my knowledge base. I’m also looking forward to learning more about the business aspects of private strength & conditioning.”

Football is (obviously) AB’s favorite sport to play and also his favorite sport to watch. When he isn’t practicing or playing football, studying, or working, you’ll find him playing video games with his close friends.

We asked both AB and Max— “Star Wars or Star Trek?”
And both immediately replied with “Star Wars.” It wasn’t even close.

If you see them during your next stop in, say hello!
