How to access your program:
Within 3 business days of your subscription purchase, we’ll send you an email inviting you to your new CoachMePlus account. CoachMePlus is the app we use to deliver our programming.
Reference the invitation email from CoachMePlus to log into your new account and set your new password. You can log in through a browser or download the app through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
After you’ve created your account from the email, you can log in here on your browser.
You can access your recovery program in two places in CoachMePlus:
(1) Through the Schedule Page in the Main Menu

When to do your program:
This program is intended to be done immediately after a game.
If you’re playing back to back games in the same day, you can wait until the second game is over… unless you have a break in-between. In that case, you should do it twice in the same day.
How to use the program:
This program is intended for individual athlete use. If a single subscription is purchased and the program is used for a team, organization, or group, we reserve the right to cancel that subscription at any time. We’re a small business, so we ask that each athlete purchase their own subscription. If you’re looking for a large bulk purchase quote, email raymerstrength@gmail.com.

How the program works, powered by research
When you feel sore, it’s because your muscles have micro-tears that occur during intense exercise. This is the body’s natural process to start building them back up to be stronger. Your body responds to these tears with an immune response that triggers inflammation in the area in order to deliver the right nutrients to repair the tissue. Inflammation, in this context, is a great thing! It’s the body’s healing factor.
Ice slows this process down and does the opposite. DO NOT ICE after your game, unless you’re injured. If you’re injured, seek medical help.
This program works on maintaining circulation to the affected areas of the body to increase this healing factor. Through a series of movements, you’ll help ‘unwind’ your body to restore range of motion and symmetry from your repeated motions in the game.
We piloted this recovery program over the summer travel season. Our athletes reported that it took them between 30-40 minutes to complete the program. They felt better afterwards, and they were ready to compete more quickly.

How do I access my program?
The recovery program is available via the CoachMePlus app. Within three days of your subscription purchase, we’ll create your account in CoachMePlus. You’ll receive an email to the same email address that purchased the subscription from CoachMePlus to finish setting up your account. CoachMePlus is available on desktop, iOS, and Android.

Immediately after your game, unless you have back-to-back games. This may mean you do it more than once during the day, for example, if you pitch in the morning and then are planning on pitching again in the evening.Will the program be updated?
