You have the opportunity to partner with us as we work with a Big Ten university to analyze the impact of Pitch Count and Recovery (including pain and soreness).
What we are asking you to do:
Log your 100% pitch counts at the end of every day (< 1 minute)
Log your Daily Wellness Questionnaire every morning (< 3 minutes)
We are not asking you to change your pitching volume or routine in any way— we just need to collect data and analyze. Any personal identifiable information will be anonymized before being shared with our university partners.
We will send you instructions on how to use our app to log your data.
