Get to know Jonah, our college Summer 2025 Intern!
It’s your chance to get to know, Jonah Sullivan, Raymer Strength & Rehab’s 2025 college summer intern just a little better before the summer officially ends and he heads back to school.
“Since Jonah started with us in May, he’s been clear that he’s very motivated,” says Jeremy Raymer. “He does his own research on his own time, and he pays attention to the details. On the floor, he’s attentive, and he listens to the athletes. Coaching as a skill can be a hard thing to teach, but Jonah has made that part easy.”
Jonah is a student at the University of Southern Indiana. This fall, he’ll be a senior, and he’s studying exercise science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning.
“I am excited to intern at Raymer Strength & Rehab,” says Jonah, “because I get to help the community become stronger by putting my knowledge to use!”
His love for strength and conditioning started almost 8 years ago when he was a freshman in high school. That high school weight room was his first introduction into the physical and mental benefits of structured athletic performance training.
When Jonah isn’t coaching on the floor or studying for class, you might catch him playing guitar or watching FC Barcelona ⚽️
